My cards have just arrived and they are damaged! What now?
Our quality control team ensures all orders leave Made by Oomph HQ in perfect condition. However, your cards may have got damaged in transit. Contact us and we'll send someone to collect them right away. Once we've got them back we'll check the damage and get some new cards to you asap.
Why do you want the cards back if they're damaged or not what I expected?
We need to see what the problem is and fix it quickly so it doesn't happen again. We strive to ensure only perfect cards are despatched; when they're not flawless we want to know why.
Who pays if I have to send the cards back to you?
We will cover the cost. Don't worry, a courier will be sent to collect them from you. Please get in touch so that we can schedule a pick-up.
Can I get a refund?
If you're really unhappy with your cards then talk to us, we're understanding. If we really can't fix it then we'll give you a refund in full, no questions asked. If you're not happy do you think we are?
